(almost) Wordless Wednesday

My town.  As I walked to meet my husband last week, I noticed that Christmas decorations had been strung across the streets.  I was surprised by them; they were far less tacky and bright than decorations in other towns I've seen.  In fact,  I think they're charming.  It was a rainy, windy day, so these pictures aren't the best, but Christmas is coming and I can't wait. 

I love those trees, too.  What gorgeous yellow leaves.  I like how things look on rainy days, all grey and wet.  This is my favorite part of town.
