the best brownies ever

These are seriously the best and easiest brownies in the world.  I make them all the time, and my husband loves them.  I love them, too.  Plus it makes a small-ish batch, so if you have guests, you probably won't have leftovers.  Perfect!

Brownies


1 stick butter
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
pinch of salt
1 TBSP vanilla

Here is what you do.  You look at that list of ingredients, melt the butter in a pan on the stove, and then mix everything else in.  Then hey, you're done!  See?  Ridiculously easy.  Pour batter into a pan and cook for 20 minutes at 400 F (or approximately 200 C).  Let them cool for like an hour and they'll reach the perfect consistency.

    We actually just made brownies the other night, but they were from a box. I will have to try your recipe because it sounds super simple and I am sure tastes a heck of a lot better!
